What is it?

Bringing People in Well takes standard HR practices and reintroduces them within four overarching stages: Envision, Match, Engage, and Sustain. Each stage includes three practices. The 12 practices span the life-cycle of employment, and describe clear and highly practical methods to recharge how you bring people into your organization, while maintaining a productive and mutually beneficial relationship into the future.

Who is it for?

Bringing People in Well is for anyone involved in working with others. It advances managers in building great teams by integrating development and feedback opportunities in daily work. It gives job-seekers an empowered and creative approach to finding not just a job but an inspiring role to play.
